Moving In or Out?
New to The Windsor AOAO? Welcome to The Windsor. As a new owner or resident, you are required to register with The Windsor Management Office before your move-in date.
A Resident Registration Form must be completed and submitted to Management. You may pick up the form at the Front Desk 24/7, or download it from the Documents page and return it in person or by email to windsor@hawaii.rr.com.
When moving in or out, please use the freight elevator. Please notify the Management Office at (808) 942-9109 regarding your scheduled use.

Spectrum TV & Internet Package Information
The Windsor has a service agreement with Spectrum for TV and internet services. The package includes TV Select, Entertainment View, Sports View, DVR service, one premium channel, selected streaming apps, and 1 Gig Internet with home WiFi equipment.
This Spectrum package is provided at no additional charge to residents, as it is included through The Windsor Association’s service agreement. Any equipment or services outside of the Association’s agreement may result in additional charges from Spectrum.
Residents may visit the local Spectrum Store or contact Spectrum to request equipment or schedule installation. When contacting Spectrum, please provide your Windsor address and unit number, and inform the representative that The Windsor has a service agreement with Spectrum.
